“China is the economic success story of the past 30 years. Since reform in 1978 China has changed beyond recognition. The urban population is expected to increase by 300 million by 2025, nearly equivalent to the entire population of America, giving rise to significant opportunities for UK companies to participate and partner with Chinese service providers in designing and building the infrastructure required. In addition China has seen a rapid growth in wealthy consumers and the middle-class which is creating opportunities for professional services, design and retail.”
